The Sugar Spot was born from the idea that chocolate covered pretzels were becoming too ordinary. We decided to take them to another level, using flavors that best pair with chocolate. We use the freshest pretzels for maximum crunch, and a wonderful chocolate for a light layer of decadence. Chocolate covered pretzels need not be glorified candy bars. Ours have just enough chocolate and you'll find that you don't need much more than that to satisfy that chocolate craving. And the unique flavor twists will keep you coming back for more.
Owner Alice Engh has always had an itch to start a cookie company. With a love for sweets, she is continually searching for the next best trend in cookies and treats. The Sugar Spot is an outlet for her creative inspirations. Flavors are truly key to satisfying the palate and Alice is determined to bring interesting and unique combinations to these chocolate covered pretzels. The Sugar Spot is based in Southern California where Alice grew up and now resides with her husband and son.
