General Information
When placing an order, please specify an exact arrival date to your recipient. We will ensure that your pretzels are created fresh and shipped in time to arrive by your specified date.
Warm Weather Warning! During the warmer months, we cannot guarantee that the chocolate on the pretzels will not melt. We highly recommend you choose Overnight or 2nd Day Delivery to ensure the best quality upon arrival.

Shipping Information
Priority Mail
All orders placed by 5:00 pm PST Sunday through 5:00 pm PST Thursday will be processed the following business day and will ship out to arrive within 5-6 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 pm PST Thursday through 5:00 pm PST Saturday will be processed the following Monday and will ship out to arrive within 5-6 business days. Shipping dates are determined based on the desired arrival date and the recipient's shipping address.
We can only provide estimated US Postal Service Priority Mail shipping delivery dates. All orders are shipped from Los Angeles, CA. Delivery dates are estimated as follows:

All orders placed by 5:00 pm PST Sunday through 5:00 pm PST Thursday will be processed the following business day and delivered within 2 business days for 2nd Day Delivery or 1 business day for Overnight Delivery.
Other Shipping Information
We will gladly ship to APO's or FPO's for our military personnel at home or overseas.
We cannot ship to international addresses.
USPS is our carrier of choice as it is the most economical for you, the customer. If you prefer an alternative method of shipping, please let us know.
If you are shipping to an apartment building, please be sure to include the apartment number.
If you are shipping to a business address, please be include the company name and floor/suite number .
